Brief Statement: I am faculty in the DPT Program at Texas State University and have been a practicing PT for over 20 years. My clinical practice and research center around the diagnosis and treatment of neurological disorders including TBI, Stroke and Vestibular-related movement disorders. My APTA membership is of great value to me because it helps me stay connected to clinical specialists with similar interests to help me remain updated in terms of best practices. In addition, it is wonderful to unite with a large organization that advocates on behalf of our profession at all levels in terms of medical competence and public health policy.
